Opensite was formed in 2021 by experts in delivering sites in strategic locations for open storage use by the infrastructure and logistics industry. We acquire land with proximity to the UK’s motorway network and undertake improvements to provide premium Class 1 open storage sites.

We aim to provide our occupier partners with safe and secure sites they can rely on, in order for them to meet the needs of their business.

KETTERING

This 11-acre site provides a concrete/tarmac surface, palisade fencing, B8 use and utilities. It is currently let to a single infrastructure occupier.

FIDDLERS REACH

The Fiddlers Reach site extends to approximately 15 acres of lettable land. Historically, it formed part of the Lion Works (Portland Cement), adjacent to Procter and Gamble facility.

LITTLEBROOK

Littlebrook provides 7.6 acres adjacent to the the Dartford Crossing. Open storage tenants are Noriker, Europa Logistics and Trad scaffolding. MJD occupy a 70,000 sq ft building as a distribution facility.

HAMS HALL

This 8- acre site benefits from a high-quality concrete surface, secure fencing, B8 planning use and utilities. It is currently let to multiple tenants. There is a 1.09- acre plot available.
